Do you take insurance?

We do accept most insurance. It is suggested that patients review their personal medical insurance, as benefits differ depending on the carrier. Most insurance carriers require a co-payment that varies depending on individual plans. Co-payment is due upon services rendered.  Some plans may also require a referral or authorization prior to treatment.

What if I do not have medical insurance?
We do offer self-pay if you do not have insurance.  Initial evaluations are available for $125.00 and follow-up appointments are $100.00 thereafter.
